2.2 Other Employment: Members of The Solar Brokers hold full-time positions within their own private businesses or as employees of other companies that provide solar products or services. This means that each member’s involvement with your project is on a freelance, project-specific basis and does not constitute employment with The Solar Brokers as an entity.

3. Services Provided

3.1 Consultation and Design: We provide comprehensive consultations and tailored solar system designs based on your business needs. These designs are aimed at maximizing energy production and cost savings.

3.2 Project Support: We coordinate with leading installers and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of your solar energy project. Our role includes introducing clients to finance partners and facilitating connections with reputable solar installers.

3.3 Installation and Maintenance: Although The Solar Brokers do not directly install solar panels, we work with our network of certified professionals to ensure that your system is installed to the highest standards. Ongoing maintenance and monitoring services may also be provided by the installers we recommend.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 Third-Party Services: As independent contractors, The Solar Brokers are not liable for the services provided by third parties, including but not limited to installers, manufacturers, or finance providers. We act as intermediaries to connect you with these parties and do not guarantee their performance.

4.2 Advice and Recommendations: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable advice, the final decisions regarding the purchase and installation of solar products rest with the client. The Solar Brokers are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the client’s use of our recommendations.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fees: Our fees for consultation, design, and project support services are agreed upon before the commencement of any work. Payment terms will be detailed in the specific agreement related to your project.

5.2 Payment to Third Parties: Payments for products, installation, or financing services provided by third parties are the responsibility of the client and are subject to the terms agreed upon between you and those third parties.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information disclosed during the course of our engagement, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
